At DSPL, we are dedicated to revolutionizing the manufacturing industry through the power of machine vision and advanced deep learning techniques. Leveraging state-of-the-art deep learning architectures such as Siamese networks and segmentation networks, we have successfully developed automatic inspection systems for critical manufacturing components like wafers, photomasks, and PCBs. Our innovative approach to anomaly detection enables us to create deep learning models that rely solely on normal data during training, ensuring robust and efficient solutions even in scenarios with limited defect data. With a focus on precision and reliability, we are reshaping the manufacturing landscape for increased productivity and quality.
