📢 We are delighted to share the news that our lab member, Seungmi Oh, had an opportunity to deliver an invited talk about "Anomaly detection-based semiconductor defect detection" at the 3rd BK21 smart factory workshop, held at Ewha Womans University on July 20, 2023! 
She introduced her research topics on anomaly detection for detect detection and related works: reconstruction, anomaly simulation, and distribution-based methods.
The workshop was commenced with an opening address from our principal investigator, Professor Jeongtae Kim.
In our lab, we are conducting studies on machine vision. For recent research achievements, please refer to the "Publications" section.
